All orders from soccerballs.com are processed between 8:00am to 5:30pm (EST), Monday through Friday. More information can be seen below.

1. General Information - All orders are subject to product availability. If a non-custom item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location - Items offered on our website are available throughout the World. Certain limitations apply.

3. Delivery Time – Stock balls are shipped within 2 -3 days via UPS at the service that you choose at check out. Our custom ball program offers 2 delivery times. Pricing is higher for a 3 – 4 week delivery and is delivered directly from the factory to your door. Our 12 – 14 weeks delivery time is based upon shipping your order to our distribution center and then onward to your specified delivery address. Delivery times commence from the date in which all details are confirmed rather than the date of order. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions - You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.

5. Shipping Costs - Shipping costs are based on the delivery method which varies depending upon whether your order is custom (delivery times stated) or Stock. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is generally not included.

6. Damaged Items in Transport - If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at service@soccerballs.com.

7. Questions - If you have any questions about the delivery and shipment or your order, please contact us at service@soccerballs.com.

1. For stock orders, tracking information will be sent to you by e-mail as the goods are shipped which is within 2 – 3 days of placing your order.

2. For custom orders, tracking information will be sent prior to and/or during the delivery timeframe which you have chosen. Our customer service agents will also be reviewing all orders and deliveries and will contact you should there be any issues with respect to meeting the stated delivery.

3. You will be able to track your order online via your "My Account" page. You will also receive other email notifications like:

Order Received This means we have received your order but our order management team has not yet processed it in our system. You will receive an email to confirm this.
Order Shipped This means your order has left our warehouse and is either in the process of being delivered, or has already been delivered. With a track & trace code* you can follow the journey of your package.

Orders can be packed in more than one box, and each box will have its own unique track & trace code. The different packages may arrive on different days. Customised products are always shipped separately.

Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. The most common reason for cancellation is that we ran out of stock of your size and quality before processing your order.

If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, the relevant amount of money will of course be refunded to your bank account. Refunds are completed within 14 days, but please be aware that your local bank may take a few extra days to process the payment.

Customer service agents will also contact you to determine if you would like to switch to a similar ball should we run out of your stock choice.

Unfortunately, we don't exchange products, but you can always return unwanted items.

We gladly accept returns on the most non customized items purchased within 30 days, returned in their original condition (brand new, unused / unworn, unlaundered, unembellished). We can NOT accept returns of customized, worn or laundered items of any kind. Please try items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them. Domestic exchanges are shipped via standard ground service at no additional charge to you. Allow 1-2 weeks from the time you send your return to receive your exchange order.

We need: Your correct order number. Most returns are processed within 5 days of arrival. Return Form - only fill out the Exchange section if you want our Returns Dept to send you a new order. Merchandise returned without an order number or outside these Policy Guidelines may take longer to process.

Custom printed items can be returned if they meet one of the following criteria:

  • 1. They are misprinted - www.soccerballs.com provides a free e-proof for every single order of custom printed balls that we sell. We email an actual size, proof of your item so that you can inspect how the final print will be. With this proof, we ask that you check the overall size to make sure you are happy with the print area, the layout of the design, and spelling. It is your responsibility to check this BEFORE you approve your proof. We do require proof approval BEFORE any order is submitted for production. If you approve the proof and the final imprint is not the same, then you may be eligible for a return or a reprint. Call BEFORE making any returns, since unauthorized returns will not be accepted and it will incur additional shipping charges for you.
  • 2. The imprint quality is poor - With bulk printing, it is common for a very small percentage of the items to have minor flaws that are not considered poor quality. However, if you receive your items and feel like the print quality should have been better, contact us and we will gladly work with you on those items.
  • 3. Your order did not ship in time - If you let us know your required delivery date before ordering, we will confirm whether we can ship in time. We can not be held responsible if UPS or any other carrier does not deliver in the expected delivery time frame. If UPS delays due to any reason, we will file a claim on your behalf with UPS. UPS or any other shipping carrier can't be held responsible for inclement weather, natural or man-made disasters, or other uncontrollable means that may cause delay.

The following criteria represent reasons that items can NOT be returned:

  • 1. Small imprint size; We send all proofs at actual size and we expect that you will print the proof at 100% size to view the final imprint size. We are always up front about the maximum imprint size for each product and we can't be held responsible if you don't read the imprint area or fully inspect the proof.
  • 2. You are not happy with the quality of the item – When you are purchasing more than 50 balls, particularly if you have never ordered that exact item from us in the past we encourage you to buy a sample ball.
  • 3. Imprint color is a few shades different than expected - Your items will be printed with our standard ink colors. The product color can affect the imprint color. For example, printing light colors on dark colors will cause the darker product color to show through the imprint and darken the imprint color. The only sure way to get an exact color match is to print a specific PMS color on a white product. If your imprint color is critical, then request a custom PMS color match.
  • 4. You missed a typo on your proof - We send you an exact copy of the final print to avoid this situation. We expect that you will take the time to carefully check each proof for accuracy. Even if we created the typo when we laid out your proof, you are ultimately responsible for proofing it for accuracy.
  • 5. Your event was canceled before you used the products - We can not be responsible for cancelled events.

At the moment, we can only accept online orders. However, we will provide all customers with an opportunity to chat online with our service agents. SOOCERBALL.COM also GUARANTEE a respond to your e-mail within 24 hours. We pride ourselves on our ability to properly service our clients. All orders from soccerballs.com are processed between 8:00am to 5:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes 1-7 business days, depending on your distance from us. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days, depending on your distance from us. Custom orders takes 3-14 weeks depending on your order options

All units refer to business days, exceptions apply to certain rural areas based on geographic location and environmental factors such as weather.

Please note, during holiday or promotional periods (such as boxing week or cyber Monday) delivery times can be impacted resulting in delayed shipments. This is due to holiday hours being in effect and significant increases in order volume.During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than your used to. When you order more than one product, your order might arrive in different packages and arrive on different days.

Unit pricing is based on delivery turnaround time, the type of ball and quantity purchased. We offer two turnaround times on custom balls, a three to four week option and a twelve to fourteen week option. When customers choose the three to four week option orders are shipped directly to the customers address. When customers choose the twelve to fourteen week option orders are compiled on the last day of each month and consolidated to be sent to our US warehouse in Boston and shipped from there.

This depends on many factors like the product volume and weight and freight destination. You can calculate the cost of your order from the "My Cart" page.

Orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates will have an extended delivery time of a few extra business days.

soccerballs.com accepts orders from over 150 countries around the globe. International customers (outside the USA) will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your merchandise and shipping charges. soccerballs.com is not responsible, nor can offer any specific advice regarding custom duties and taxes. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office. Please note that International delivery charges are based on; destination, method of shipping, weight and box dimensions and will be calculated during the checkout process. Checking out is relatively simple, please follow these steps to purchase/checkout your products through our E-Commerce Store:

  • Find a product you would like to purchase. Click into the Product Detail Page (this is the page that shows sizing, quantity info, details, etc.)
  • When applicable (based on the product chosen), please choose your size, colour, and a quantity.
  • Once you are satisfied with the product you would like to purchase, click ADD TO CART.
  • You can continue adding products to your card
  • At any point you can revie the latest additions to your card on the cart icon at the top-right of the webpage. Here you also have the option to view the whole cart or check out
  • Once you chose to checkout you will be promoted to log in using the Returning Customer Form, or checkout as guest.
  • Fill up all the required information for billing and shipping address
  • Select your payment method
  • Select freight details
  • Review your order and click checkout
  • Your Credit Card will be pre-authorized for the purchase amount. Once confirmed, a receipt page will appear acknowledging your purchase.
  • An email will be sent to you with your Order Receipt.
  • You will also be notified by email, your order status, when the order has shipped, etc.
  • You can review the status of your order at any time by going to your My Account page or to the guest orders page.


Ordering

We get to work as soon as you submit your order, so unfortunately we can't cancel or change your order even if it has not yet been shipped.

Your delivery address cannot be changed after order placement.

Unfortunately, we don't exchange products, but you can always return unwanted items for a refund, and then place a new order.

Refunds are subject to the conditions of our Return Policy, and are not available for personalised and customised items.

We just take online orders at the moment. It is safer and more convenient for our customers. If you have any troubles with our website please contact our customer service.

Order Received You will receive a confirmation of receipt email shortly after you successfully placed an order online.
Order Shipped This email confirms that your order has shipped from our warehouse. The email contains a track & trace code you can use to follow your order's delivery status.

Order updates You may receive other communications related with your order status.


Affiliate Program


The SOCCERBALLS.COM affiliate program is a marketing program where you can receive a commission for helping us generate sales. We provide you with all the advertising tools such as banner ads, links and tracking codes for you to place on your sites.

When a visitor clicks on an ad or a link on your site, the transaction is tracked. If this transaction results in a visitor's signup and order placement, you get paid for the first purchase made by this visitor.

We offer a flat 2.5% commission on any sale you generate.

That is, when a person you have referred buys something from SOCCERBALLS.COM, you get a flat 2.5% commission for each item of the order made by your referral.

You can then transfer your earned commission to your SOCCERBALLS.COM account funds to buy products from our site. Alternatively, when your commission amount reaches a certain limit, you can make a withdrawal by transferring the amount to your PayPal account.

The minimum amount for PayPal withdrawals is $100.

In the event that your referral gets a refund for the order, or if the order was canceled for any reason or was fraudulent, your commission amount for that particular transaction will be removed.

Unfortunately no, we cannot track a referral that does not include an Affiliate ID.

Our affiliate program uses cookies to track sales generated by your affiliate link. In order for our system to track this info properly, the following conditions should be met:

  • Cookies must be enabled in the browser's settings before your referral follows the link;
  • Cookies must not be cleared before a purchase is made by your referral;
  • Your referral should use the same browser to sign up for a SOCCERBALLS.COM account and to make a purchase.

The cookies last 15 days. This means if the above conditions were met, your referral has 15 days to complete the purchase for which you will get the commission afterward.

The affiliate link you found in the SOCCERBALLS.COM Affiliate Program area is cookie-based.
