Youth Soccer

If you want your child to be involved in a healthy activity from a young age, choose soccer. Not only is it great for cardio and overall fitness reasons, but it's a much safer sport than most. There is no tackling or hit-by-pitches. More importantly, soccer is not a sport where kids will be tempted to use banned and/or dangerous supplements in order to improve performance.

While you should let your child choose the sport he (or she) loves naturally, you should at least introduce soccer to him so he has an opportunity to see and experience all its benefits.
